From the drilling of its first well in 1993 (ACM West Quirindi DDH #1 flanking the Quirindi airstrip in the central part of PEL 1) through to the present time, ACM and its JV partners - intially Pacific Power, and now Santos, have been fastidious both in their site selection (to minimise social and rural impacts) and in their rehabilitation procedures.
